Good to know about Mitsubishi
Who gets the 12-year warranty
Mitsubishi gives 12 years on parts and compressor only when a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor installs the system and it is registered within 90 days. Other licensed installs carry Mitsubishi’s standard terms, which it lists as 5 years parts and 7 years compressor. We tell you which applies before you buy.
Sizing is room by room
Each indoor unit is sized for its own room. An oversized head short cycles and leaves the room clammy; an undersized one runs flat out in January.
Electrical
A mini split needs its own circuit. If your panel needs a new one, a licensed electrician does that part and it is in your quote.

Mitsubishi mini split installation questions
How long does a Mitsubishi mini split installation take?
A single-room system is usually one day. A multi-room system usually takes one to two days. You get the schedule with the quote.
How much does a mini split cost installed?
Typical Western Washington installs run $2,500–$11,000, mostly depending on how many rooms. That is a typical industry range, not a quote. Your exact price comes upfront and you approve it first.
Is a Mitsubishi heat pump good in our winters?
Yes. Mitsubishi’s Hyper-Heat models are built to keep heating well below our usual winter lows. We size it so it carries the room on the coldest normal days.
Do you handle the permit?
Yes. We pull the permit and schedule the inspection as part of the install.
