Why Upgrade

Stop Running Two Systems

Most homes in the Pacific Northwest have a furnace for winter and a separate AC for summer. A heat pump replaces both with one unit.

Two systems to maintain and replace
Two service contracts, two contractors

What We Install

Every home is different. We match the right heat pump type to your space, ductwork, and budget.

  • Uses existing ductwork
  • Whole-home comfort from one unit
  • Quiet indoor operation
  • Qualifies for all rebate programs

Ductless Mini-Split

No ductwork? No problem. Wall-mounted indoor units deliver heating and cooling room by room. Ideal for additions, older homes, or zoned comfort.

  • No ductwork needed
  • Room-by-room temperature control
  • Fast, minimally invasive install
  • Mitsubishi & Daikin certified

Dual-Fuel Hybrid

Pairs a heat pump with your existing gas furnace. The heat pump handles most of the year; the furnace kicks in only during the coldest days.

  • Best of both fuel sources
  • Keeps your gas furnace as backup
  • Maximizes efficiency year-round
  • Lower operating costs than gas alone

Installation FAQ

Most ducted heat pump installs are completed in one day. If electrical panel work or ductwork modifications are needed, it may extend to two days. We'll confirm the timeline during your free in-home estimate.

Homes on 200-amp service usually have enough capacity. Older homes on 100-amp panels may need an upgrade. We evaluate this for free during the assessment and include it in the quote if needed.

Yes. A dual-fuel (hybrid) setup pairs your existing gas furnace with a new heat pump. The heat pump handles most of the year; the furnace kicks in only on the coldest days. It's a popular option for homeowners not ready to go fully electric.

Perfectly. Modern cold-climate heat pumps operate efficiently down to -13°F. Seattle's average winter low is in the mid-30s — well within optimal range. No backup system needed in most homes.

Yes. We pull all required permits, schedule inspections, and ensure the install meets Washington State code. Permits, inspections, and rebate paperwork are all included in our service.
