Refrigerant leak, failed compressor, or no power to the outdoor unit. Don't delay — leaks damage the compressor.
Codes mean a fault. We read all of them — Mitsubishi, Daikin, Fujitsu, Carrier, LG, more. Never clear without fixing the cause.
Usually a clogged condensate line. Sometimes a dirty coil freezing and thawing. Both fix easily — left alone, walls and ceilings get water damage.
Mini splits run nearly silent. New noise = loose panel, debris in the outdoor fan, or worn motor bearing. Grinding means the motor needs replacement.
Short cycling: low refrigerant, dirty filter, or oversized system. Diagnosis first, then fix.
