Why homeowners call us

Lennox installation questions

Can you get Lennox equipment?

Lennox sells through its own stores rather than the regular supply houses, so we confirm availability for your model when we quote. If another system would serve your house better, we tell you why.

Which Lennox line should I get?

Lennox sells three lines: Merit, Elite and the top Signature line. We size the system for your house first, then price the lines that fit so you can compare.

How long does a Lennox installation take?

A straight furnace or AC replacement is usually one day. Switching to a heat pump, or replacing the furnace and AC together, can take one to two days. We give you the schedule with the quote.

Do I need to register the Lennox warranty?

Yes. Lennox gives you 60 days from installation. Registered Merit and Elite equipment carries 10 years of parts coverage; unregistered drops to 5. Signature carries 12 registered, 10 if not. Lennox’s separate extended plan needs a participating Lennox dealer, and we are not one, so the standard warranty is what applies.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. We pull the permit and schedule the inspection as part of the install.

How do I get my exact price?
