Yes. All installations include the manufacturer's equipment warranty (typically 5-10 years on parts) plus our labor warranty (5-10 years depending on the package selected). We register your warranty on your behalf and provide all documentation. Our Luxury package includes a lifetime compressor warranty.

We generally recommend replacing both at the same time if they are similar in age. Matching a new high-efficiency unit with an older one can reduce overall system performance. Replacing both together also saves on labor costs since much of the work overlaps, and ensures your components are properly matched for peak efficiency.

We handle the complete removal and disposal of your old HVAC equipment at no extra charge. All refrigerant is recovered according to EPA regulations, and metal components are recycled whenever possible. You do not need to worry about any part of the removal process.
